Mapping T-cell receptor diversity in space

Our new study in eBioMedicine introduces a custom Xenium panel targeting T-cell receptor genes, mapping variable-gene pairs at single-cell resolution while preserving tissue context. Applied to lung and breast cancer samples, the method reveals spatial variation in the tumour immune microenvironment.
